Nothing can replace the feeling of working out with your community but, this is a good way to do it at home, if your on vacation, if there’s no boxs in your area. on ramp is an introductory program designed to familiarize participants with the movements, skills, and intensity of crossflixs. It runs over 9 sessions: that s 9 little slices of workout heaven, just for you this course is perfect for beginners, veterans who want to review the basics, and those of you who want to get off the couch but don t know where to start be sure to follow the on ramp classes before moving on to the wod s.


i set a goal to try to lose 40 by 40 40lbs by my 40th birthday in march, doing it right. I had hit a rythem, a pace and craving for what we do every week and was hooked, completely.


i have been an athlete for most of my life. I have never participated in a training program as challenging, engaging and successful. In the short time that i have followed the cf program, i made fitness gains that no other training i have tried could have delivered
